Senior Portfolilos

Seniors!!! your portfolilos are due Jan. 8.

What you need:

BINDER

• Three ring binder with 10 dividers
• Dividers should be marked appropriately: Personal Information, Career Plan, Course work samples, etc.
• All items (16 - 20) must be approved and signed off on by homeroom teacher.
• Place a hard copy of each appreoved item in the appropriate section divided by dividers into a three ring binder.
• Once all items have been approved and the Homeroom (HR) teacher has signed the bottom of the Lift-off log, you are ready to proceed.
• Make sure you include you signed and dated Lift-Off Log at the front of your binder!!
