The women’s swim team heads to State this weekend for the 25th time, and for the first time ever the wrestling team will compete at State next Saturday.
"This is the last time to show what we've done all year," junior Kelsea Cross said. "This is my third year, but I'm more excited this year because we do better every year. Last year we got third place."
After winning Semi-state as a team on Wednesday at Avon, the wrestling team will compete at CenterGrove Feb. 16.
The individual Semi-state competition is Saturday at CenterGrove, and nine Bull Dogs will wrestle.
"It is a big deal, but the goal is State," senior Ethan Ott said. "We have very good wrestlers , and I think each one of us has pretty good chance to win."
